	User Agreement This Manager Center Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into between the management of your auto shop ("Management") and RateThatAutoShop.com, Llc. ("RateThatAutoShop.com"). This Agreement is effective on the date that RateThatAutoShop.com sends Management an email notifying them that their Manager Center (the "MC") account is now activated. 1. Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, RateThatAutoShop.com will provide Management the ability to update and publish content on www.ratethatautoshop.com (the "Site") about the auto shop managed by Management. 3. Management's use of the MC is governed by RateThatAutoShop.com's standard User Agreement and can be viewed at: http://www.ratethatautoshop.com/legal.aspx. To the extent there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the standard User Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will control. 4. Management represents and warrants that the person executing this Agreement is authorized to bind Management. Furthermore, Management shall not disclose or share its password with any unauthorized third party or use its password for any unauthorized purpose. Management is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its password. Management is responsible for all uses of the MC under its registration, whether or not authorized by Management. Management shall immediately notify RateThatAutoShop.com of any unauthorized use of its registration and/or password. 6. If the performance of any part of the Site or the MC is prevented, hindered, delayed or otherwise made impracticable by reason of any flood, riot, fire, judicial or governmental action, acts of God or any other causes beyond the control of RateThatAutoShop.com, RateThatAutoShop.com will be excused from such to the extent that it is prevented, hindered or delayed by such excuses.
